Kingston Press to participate in the
ALPSP Learned Journal Collection
Kingston Press Ltd. is delighted to confirm its participation in the ALPSP Learned Journal Collection (ALJC) as from 2004.
The ALJC is a project of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) in cooperation with Swets Blackwell and Extenza, which enables smaller (and, indeed, medium-sized) publishers to sell more effectively to consortia and other large customers by including their journals in a single package, organised and sold on their behalf by Swets Blackwell with a single umbrella contract, pricing model and delivery platform ("Swets Wise online content"). The ALJC consists of 247 quality titles from 25 publishers. As well as the Full Collection of 247 titles, consortia and individual libraries may also purchase three discipline-specific collections in the areas of Medicine and Life Science, Science and Technology, and the Humanities and Social Science. Further information is available on the website, here
or from the ALJC Sales Agent, Swets Blackwell, on info@alpsp-collection.org.
